i spoke for like twenty minutes it was a long slow set of words thoughts that actually discarded in um dis- uh i discarded the rules i had formulated for this talking (.) while in the middle of of distracted by an idea (.) in any case the i just discovered i wasnt recording but actually speaking into a stopped recorder i was speaking i was trying to put in relation to historically specificiable projects related to language the first being the early wittgenstein's project of delimiting the field of what can be said meaningfully of imposing a criteria of for sense in speaking the second is harder for me to state but it is the project of (.) the project of representation of the representation of language as it is which i suppose is has something to do with the later wittgenstein's writing but its not a problem of representation i'm going to drop this line (.) another word is needed to bring this through to another subject and i've spoken of this before of the kind of imaginary circumstance in which one must speak without having prepared but even more with having really nothing to say so what comes out in that what words can one find ⇗ these uh theres really i can't think of any normal circumstance in the world where this is the case its only an anomaly its not supposed to happen tho of course it does to varying degrees when one is suddenly speechless before a microphone.
